What a wonderful shop with lovely staff! I recently ordered a dress but sadly it was out of stock so I was refunded. A week later, a member of staff contacted me unexpectedly to say the dress was back in stock and would I like to re-order which I did. The dress was gorgeous and I’ve since ordered it in another colour. I can’t fault this shop at all and will definitely buy from here again.

I had such a great experience at this shop. Everything felt welcoming and well organised, and you could feel and see the good vibes of the place. What made this shop truly stand out were the workers, Emma and Holly. They were absolutely amazing and were friendly, patient, and helpful with recommendations, making the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others, especially if you’re looking for a gift to give someone.

I am adding to and changing the rating of my review because the owners have taken time to reply to me, and I am happy with their reply. As I have stated, my previous experience has always been positive, and I can accept the explanation regarding bags. The main issue was the sales assistants manner and attitude, I feel confident that this has been dealt with. I like this shop and regularly shop here, it has quality goods and the style of clothes I like, I just wanted the owners to know the situation when they were not around which I am confident they wouldn’t let happen if they were in the shop. I am a regular customer at Indian Rose and have always received excellent customer service and quality clothes. Popped in today look for a beige top, found one and went to pay, the girl on the till had a terrible attitude. It was like she was doing me a favour and because I had a shopping bag rudely said “ do you want a bag “ ! Well yes I do want a bag when buying clothes and promptly told her that my bag was for food, I don’t put clothes in with food for obvious reasons.she then proceeded to fold the blouse down as small as possible creasing it, and put it into the smallest bag available, which left it hanging out of the top and would have got soaked if it was raining. Anyone would think she was paying for the bags, I don’t go into shops to be made to feel like an inconvenience and next time if she’s serving I’ll walk away.

I ordered a Jellycat online and I didn’t receive any discount code for first order but nevertheless I went ahead with the order and added a comment in the notes. They very kindly sent me a sms to tell me they had refunded the discount to my card. I really appreciated that kind gesture. Jane and Vee also wrote a handwritten note and a herbal teabag with the Jellycat. These small but lovely gestures show how much they care about their business and their customers. I love supporting small businesses like Indian Rose and will definitely recommend anyone to shop there! Thank you!

Ordered my favourite perfume from this shop online, one of the only places that stocks it. I needed it in time for holiday and the delivery was so fast and came in 2 days! Even a Sunday delivery! Thank you guys! 🫶
